All personal information collected by SuperCoach365 is stored on Australian-based servers hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the Sydney (Oceania) region.

However, you acknowledge that we rely on third-party infrastructure providers, including AWS, which we do not own or directly manage. While we take care in selecting reputable providers, no system is completely secure.

To the extent permitted by law, SuperCoach365 by RYZA Digital is not liable for data breaches, outages, or security incidents arising from third-party systems or infrastructure beyond our reasonable control.

We retain personal information for up to seven (7) years to meet business and legal obligations.
